The implementation of Organization for Standardization (ISO) frameworks serves as a strategic measure to ensure effective management systems, transparent operations, drives continuous improvements in service quality to the customers

Scope of Certification

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

Managing service delivery activities under the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 for customers, including:

  1. Managing registration of eligible employers and employees.
  2. Implementing contribution collection from employers and employees.
  3. Conducting programmes to promote occupational safety and health awareness at the workplace.
  4. Administering and processing benefit payments to eligible workers and dependants.
  5. Managing and providing medical treatment, physical and vocational rehabilitation facilities for workers affected by incidents.
ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems

The anti-bribery management system for service delivery under the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 covers the management of:

  1. Registration of eligible employers and employees.
  2. Contribution collection from employers and employees.
  3. Occupational safety and health awareness programmes at the workplace.
  4. Payment of benefits to eligible workers and dependants.
  5. Medical treatment, physical and vocational rehabilitation facilities for affected workers.
ISO 39001:2012 Road Traffic Safety Management Systems
  1. Use and movement of department vehicles during official activities.
  2. Travel by PERKESO personnel to the office via main roads within a 5 km radius.
ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to building operations, counter services, and workspace areas within:

  • PERKESO Headquarters,
  • PERKESO Kuala Lumpur Office,
  • PERKESO Selangor Office, and
  • PERKESO Negeri Sembilan Office.
