  1. My colleagues and I were very impressed by PERKESO’s customer service. I contacted multiple personnel from different branches who were all very responsive, efficient and friendly. The online application form is modern and well-made. It is also easy to navigate, unlike a lot of government websites. Thank you for making the experience a smooth one during such an unfortunate time for us. Again, props to the frontliners, they did their job well!

  2. Good job. I am satisfied with the standard of service given by the government officers. All the officers were responsive and took the initiative to contact their clients with relevant information and updates. Thank you so much to my officer, Ms Ummee from Wisma Perkeso KL.
